Andrea Klopfenstein, President and owner of Bridgetown Community Management, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) with Community Association Institute (CAI). In addition to this professional designation, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Pacific University.
She has been in the community management field since 1998, and has managed very small to very large communities (and a little of everything in between). Andrea has clocked countless hours with annual and board meetings, annual budgets, compliance (rules) enforcement, architectural review, financial reports, bookkeeping (from receiving payments and writing checks to reconciling bank statements and beyond), special assessments, resolutions, construction defect litigation and insurance claims, among many other community association responsibilities.
Andrea is also on the board of Community Association Institute’s Oregon Chapter (CAI-OR) and currently serves at its treasurer.
When she's not working, Andrea likes to explore foreign spots, ride her bike, read British "cozies" and hang out with her family and friends.
